Mates Rates sent Natalie to transport my two unbroken New Forest ponies. She was so professional, comforting and competent with both the ponies and my nervous self!! Would not want anyone else to transport animals for me! Caroline and the team are just fab, always go above and beyond for me and my many animals. If we can’t go with, they are more than happy to load for us and we never have to worry about a thing! They handle the horses so well and care the job being done to a high standard along with the comfort of all animals in their care.

I would 100% recommend Mates Rates Horse Transport. I was very worried about travelling my large gelding sedated as he's an anxious traveller and they reassured me throughout the whole process. The box was beautiful and such careful and kind driving. I will definitely use them again!
