Hi Caroline, massive thanks for today. Natalie was great and drove like a champ. She was so careful and really looked after my boy who was quite fidgety when on board. He loaded perfectly, but didn’t travel amazingly. She did a stellar job and I was really impressed. Thanks so much again xx
